A friend and I were booked into room 2 for one night; we arrived just after 2pm which was the check in time. What an ignominy! The floor hadn't been vacuumed, the kitchen sink hadn't been cleaned or even wiped out, the toilet hadn't even been cleaned, the toilet paper had been folded nicely - to make us "think" that the toilet had been cleaned. It was foul! We would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere, however most places were fully booked, so we complained and asked to be moved to another room. Room 6 was not that disgusting but the young attendant had to re clean the toilet, basin and shower, and vacuum. Would not recommend.

My apologies to the couple who struck an un-clean unit,but I assure you that I am absolutely fussy about the cleanliness & hygiene of every unit. A month ago we had a security problem with a local breaking into units & making himself at home without my knowledge, I'd clean a unit & the next day certain things were not right so I got security in & we caught him red-handed. Police took him away and he was charged. I now have security locks on all back doors & windows and the locks have been changed. Again my apologies to that couple.
